Anna Maria Island Massage Therapy & Yoga
Amanda Escobio is a Native Floridian
and Nationally Certified Massage Therapist since 1996. She
recently returned home after spending a decade in Northern
California developing a day
spa in Napa Valley. She's put
her Bachelor of Science in Advertising & Marketing from
the University of Florida to work in that business, which
she still owns and operates remotely with the support of
a dedicated on-site staff. While in the massage treatment
room, she emphasizes long flowing strokes, firm foot massage
with and thorough neck/shoulder work to achieve a head to
toe balance for muscles and energy. She lives by the philosophy
that the cure for anything is saltwater, sweat, tears or
touch. #MA50034
India Rose Carson moved to the Anna Maria area five years ago from Oklahoma-- kicked off her shoes and has had sand in her toes ever since. Fulfilling a longtime desire to formally study touch therapies, India graduated from the Sarasota School of Massage Therapy in 2008. Her transition from both the corporate world and the academic one (BA in Sociology and MA in English), along with her interest in wellness, including yoga, give her a unique perspective on work, play and the corresponding relationship to our bodies, minds and spirits. 941-592-9346 #MA55835
Onika Tamisiea started doing yoga at the age of three. Her lifelong study and personal practice has led to a full teaching schedule locally . Her classes are flow-based and active, but accommodating for all levels. She instructs at multiple studios in Bradenton, yet admits that the beach classes hold a special place in her heart. She believes that doing yoga on the beach allows for a deeper connection with nature and ourselves. Even dolphins show up for class sometimes. Reach her directly at 941-746-0619.
